Yvette birthday Celebration
  This is Yvette Birthday celebration. Alot of balloons and a very big ice cream cake. Raphael has been cranky since friday..Just a view of mine.. please do not feed him anything. Raphael is on exclusive breastmilk. nothing else is accepted at the moment.. not even formula milk. This is from doctors order as Raphael has sensitive skin, no solid food till he is 6 months old. Rejecting Milk
She had been waking up in the middle of the night to feed me.. As she knew that i will not reject milk in the middle of my sleep.So they have been finding ways to feed me..make sure i am hydrated! I find myself growing taller! Mummy, measure my height leh! Daddy.. Does your hand ache when you carry me for long? I can feel the tiredness in both of you when you carry me..I must have weighed a tonn! Recently i love to flip halfway and talek! hehee.. esp on the precious playmat Mummy and Daddy co pay for me.. Uncle's Wedding - 13th Sept 2008
 2nd Outfit Family Portrait With Bennet Uncle, Yvette, Papa and the most handsome Raphael! I am so tired today.. In the morning i had to pull myself from bed and slp in mummy carrier till 10am.. Today is Brandon Uncle's Wedding.. I wore the first outfit to the church wedding and 2nd outfit to the dinner! Everybody says i am cute! hehe.. and they showed it my pinching and touching my cheeks.. oh my! by the end of the days, rashes appear AGAIN.. First Haircut - 6th Sept 2008 Saturday
 This is the moment I been waiting for.. My hair is balding, I no longer look as handsome as before. I was secretly hoping that Mummy or Daddy will help me.. I wan to look better, more attractive. We went to United Square to have my first haircut. Mummy made an appointment at 4pm to have my haircut.. I am so tired after all the cutting..It take 1 hour to finished my hairdo.. Swimming Champion
 mum loves me soo much...usually she will think once, twice, thrice before buying an orange from Cold storage compared to NTUC. But for my muscle and brains developement, she has no qualms about spending $28! for me to attend a swimming session at Hua Xia (Harbour Front Shopping Centre). I enjoyed the session so much, i feel like I am in the womb again, weightless and warm..Mummy wanted to buy the swim tub home so that i can swim as and when i like, but DADDY (evil guy) stops her from doing so. haha.. To cut or not to cut

Babble and gaggle
 Everytime after an injection, i learned new things! Can you imagine, i learned to discover my voice! I learned to shriek, to shout and to cooo and even giggle. When i first shriek, i am amazed by how my voice sounds like..almost like an angel singing! Daddy and Mummy were so amazed and enchanted by my voice.. Outing with May Babies - 4th Sept
    Today i feel so happy! Mummy and Daddy bring me out to vivocity to meet up with my new friends! When i see my friends, i scream and shriek.. i waved my hands at them, they are: Baby Timothy, Ryan,Rayden , Adam, Dylan, and 2 cute baby gals Megan and Rene. I was so excited throughout and keep making noises! hehee..Baby Rayden is like me, i heard my mummy commented..he been drinking lesser and fussing over milk (sounds like me ah) Mummy still have problem carrying me in upright position leh... thats why in group photo i look so weird!Mummy, can u please learn?! 1st Vacinnation
Look at how Raphael can scream!!   19th June, My weight was 5.25, length 61.2cm and head circumference 39cm.. I had my first jab of 6in1.. Oh man..it was so painful..i scream and shout which i never did in my entire life.... Mummy held on to me while daddy was busy taking picture of me... For the rest of the day..i feel so tramatised! I even scream and cry in the middle of my slp.. lucky Daddy and Mummy took leave to accompany me and sayang me thruout the day... Heheh...I am also given some tummy time! Newer Posts <-
Sick - cough and running nose
 I am sick, down with flu and cough.. Initially Mummy thought I choked from my saliva thats why always hear me coughing away. But one Morning, she find that I been coughing more than usual.. SHe begin to monitor me.. Grandma told her that I been coughing the whole morning.. Mummy felt worried and brought me to Dr Lilian (My fav Dr Allyson Tan is not working that night).. I am diagnosed with cough and phelgm and the most important thing is my senstive skin. Dr say that i have sensitive skin and she give me some medicine to eat. She also commented that my head is abit big.. I am 7.3kg this week 4th August ! I hate the medicine that was given to me.. but i am always forced to drink Newer Posts <-
physio therapy - Neck
 Dr Allyson Tan commented my features is not so proportion - as in my left face look bigger than my right.In other words, is wry neck.Hehe.. mummy and daddy didnt realised this until Dr Tan told them, then they went home and search thru all my pictures, they realised...my head is always titled towards the left.. (they actualli thought i knew how to pose..come on la..i am just a 2 month old baby) i overheard them saying i got so much problems.. Birth mark on left eyelid, jaundice, then now this... (*sobsob*) My first visit to Mount Alevernia.. Wah..the therapist stretch n stretch my neck..so uncomfortable! i scream and scream.. show them my power..dun scream they confirm will keep stretchingmummy and daddy are instructed to give me more tummy time and stretch me at least 3 times a day! Rashes Attack!
  Some pple just dun know hw important it is to keep their hands clean before touching a new born baby. Well.. this happen to me twice and mummy had enough! I knew that all uncles and aunties like me alot and loves to touch my face.. but they seems to forget that eating with their hands and touching me will cause irritation to my super hyper sensitive skin.. despite the fact that mummy keep reminding and reminding..it turns into deaf ears..in fact a few of the aunties actually tell mummy its her breast milk which is causing my irritation..and still continue to touch my face which is already breaking out in serious rashes. At that time mummy could only helplessly watch pple touch... When mummy went to see Dr Allyson Tan, she confirmed that I had sensitive skin and it has to be kept clean. Well well..mummy did a great job in protecting me from pple itchy hands (OPPSS) but it cause alot of pple misunderstanding her intention. All she did was remind pple dun touch.. which wasnt wrong.. She witness me screaming and crying and scratching when the itchiness kick in.. i feel so helpless and upset and i wail on top of my lungs.. Mummy will cry together with me.. I knew she felt guilty for not being able to protect me from these pple... Mummy promised me on my 2nd rashes attack that she will not allow me to get these rashes the third time. Jaundice - 10th May 2008
 I was admitted to Hospital for Jaundice. Haiz.. Mummy cried n cried for the whole day i was in hospital. Her eyes were swollen. Look at me.. I look yellowish right? This is part and parcel of a newborn i guess   Yippie, I was discharged on the next day 11 May which happen to be Mother's Day! heheheI look dark and handsome right? Newer Posts <-
3rd May 2008
Date : 3rd May Venue : Mt Elizabeth Hospital Weather : Perfect!!  After 40 weeks in mummy's tummy.. i still refused to come out. so, daddy and mummy made a decision to induce me to see me earlier than my EDD which is 7th May 2008. Well, here goes the induce process which takes place on 3rd May 2008.. It was a saturday Morning when Mummy and Daddy went into the Mount Elizabeth Hospital.. Mummy's portion 8am I went in to Mount E and was asked to change into the hospital robe and inserted some liquid to pass motion.. 930am I was lying in labour ward bed and getting ready for the big event! Dr Kek came in and then check my cervix and told me it was more than 1cm dilated. She breaks my water bag.. wah..i could feel the hot gush of water flowing out.. hehee..that was something all(Mummies who are in their full term) hope for ah... then they start to put me on drip(some inducing liquid) and i start to feel contraction and pain in 10-15mins time. 12pm pain was still bearable and i can tahan. after 2 hours of pain ..i buay tahan and raise white flag,..ask nurse for epidural. 2cm dilated ..i was thinking..i wun be able to make it if i dun ask for pain relief 1pm: epidural injected and wah! super shiok..no pain..dilated to 4cm 3pm: 7cm dilated ..shit man..i feel the pain in my backside and it goes all the way to my lower abs, keep complaining to the nurses and they keep injecting and increasing the dosage of epidural. Nurse told me to wait a while for effect to kick in. I do not understand why am i facing such great pains in my buttocks..seems like something pressing on to my nerves.. Complain and complain till the nurses max out the dosage and told me cant increase anymore They suggested me to try to push out the baby 5pm: started pushing and the pain did not subside..Dr Kek walks in and check and told me my baby was in wrong position. He was facing upwards causing me such pain. I think she turn the baby head and instantly i felt a relief.. Then i was instructed to push.. lucky i have strength to do all this despite the amount of epidural which was injected..keke and my baby was out in 45mins time Wah..i must tell u all..without epidural..i would have tink of surrendering and may ask for emerg c section leh! so pain and buay tahan! After seeing Raphael, all pain is worth it  Daddy's portion The decision to induce our Darling was made after much deliberation. All risk was weighed and addressed with our Gynae before we decided to induce. Why would we want to induce? not that we consult Feng Shui or what haah..Its Daddy who consulted UOL (University of London) and realised my exam starts on the 6th May, and Raphael's EDD is the 7th May. So for Daddy to be able to cope with the stress of childbirth and exam, we decided this is the best arrangement. In the labour ward at 7.30am, Daddy settled down on the comfy sofa to prepare for my revision with my notes, at the same time witnessing mummy starting her labour process. Seconds, minutes, hours passed. after approx 3 hours, mummy started to display signs of distress. Pains started to crept in and gradually, the pain becomes so unbearable that we "activated" Epidural haha..after that, the labour room again returns to its former peaceful state and we are able to watch TV and continue our wait. At ard 5.00pm, Dr Kek came to start the delivering process as mummy was properly dilated. With many huffs and puffs and many moments pf mummy scolding Daddy later, ard 5.30pm Dr Kek asked Daddy to see Raphael's head visible at the birth canal. Daddy is so excited and at that moment i know that Raphael's birth is nearing. True enough at 5.45apm, with mummy's last push, Raphael is born to this world.  Newer Posts <-
