Gabriel Turns 2!
We celebrated Gabriel's 2 YO Birthday on the Sat which happend to be his actual day 26th Jan. Friends and relatives are invited to this small gathering and all the efforts are by mummy (cakes, buffet, balloons and muffins) as Daddy is busy on reservist..
Gabriel is a little overwhelmed by the amount of people in the house that he kept hugging onto mummy during the cake cutting session, we didnt even managed to take a nice photo of him..Raphael on the other hand enjoys all the attention and fun..sharing his toys with all the kids and performing magic to entertain the guests..
The cake today is a 2 Tier Chocolate cake from Cafe Pralet (located in Tiong Bahru behind the link hotel) with Pororo as the theme..the cake is very stunning with the bright colours and the complementing pororo figurines..good effort by mummy..
Guess we are done with having "BIG" celebrations for the kids birthday. when they gets older, i guess they will want to spend it with friends instead of family :) ..

Birth : 6th Jan 2013..
Elyse at 2 weeks old..she will be another big eyed gal in the family after Yvette..she looks chubby and has long fingers..she definitely has yvette's look

Jan 2013 HongKong Trip
Day 1 - 7th Jan 2013
Being kiasu, we chose the early 6am flight to HK so that we have "gain" an extra 1/2 day as we will reach HK at 9am which gives us a full day to explore the city..The kids are very excited and it didnt take much effort to wake them up so that they can help to push the luggage :)
Reach airport and check-in done by 430am..so we proceeded to Departure's MacD for breakfast..touched down at 9am in HKIA and took a taxi to Disneyland (HKD120) to deposit our luggage before we head to Lantau Island to see the Buddha..the queue to take the Ngong Ping cable car is surprisingly long (30-40mins wait) on a Monday noon..
Had our Lunch at a Chinese restaurant at Ngong Ping village before we attempt to climb the stairs to see the Buddha statue
 the kids are wide awake at 4.30am in the morning..soo excited  posing with Angry Birds  Resting at kids corner while Daddy and mummy checks in HK DisneyLand Hotel  Taking the magical disney train to Tung Chung Station  on the cable car to Ngong Ping to see Big Buddha  Our lunch at 2pm, all are famished at this time..esp in the cold weather  At ngong ping village before we climb the stairs to see the statue  this scenery looks so real.  Raphael climbing on his own..gets abit out of breath but still complete it  Admiring the Buddha statue from the foot

Day 2 - 8th Jan 2013 - Full day Disney
We started our 2nd day in HK with a sumptous breakfast with the Disney characters in Enchanted Garden..The kids, especially Gabriel is soo excited whenever their favourite characters drops by our table..Gabriel will drop his favourite food and give his full attention to Disney, Pluto etc..
After breakfast, we started the 1st of our 2 day DisneyLand visit..the weather is fantastic although the forecast was there will be rain..

Welcome Elyse Phay to the Family
We are on our way to HK Disneyland on this great morning..turning on our phone in HK International Airport, the 1st piece of news we got was Elyse is BORNED!!
Its really a pleasant surprise for us as we are expecting her to arrive on the 10th Jan which is her Estimated Due Date..
More pictures followed throughout the week and we can see that Elyse is starting to look alot like her Jie Jie Yvette..from the pictures, see how doting Yvette and Ian are..kept wanting to kiss their little sister and heard that Ian will even get angry if his request to carry Elyse is rejected haha..
