Raphael's Diet
 My Prince enjoying his milk time! Time passed by so quickly! It has been 16months++ since I started the journey of no return... At first my initial target was 6months, then delayed to 9months then 1 year... I was still pinning hope like Shara that I will be able to stop when Raphael turns 1YO... After the 1YO party... I gave up... I told myself that sooner or later he be on FM... Then the motivation is to express till he is able to switch over totally. It seems impossible because my mum was relunctant to intro FM... until i tell her that she must mixed FM and BM together..else Raphael wun have enough milk (This was when I managed to reduce my supply by more than half and yield only a litre per day) This means more free time... and Benji wun keep teasing me say that expressing milk is my hobby... But the tedious part is not me...is Raphael. I had requested for alot of FM samples (GainIQ, Similac, Dumex, Friso2). He totally reject FM when he is wide awake... if he is in good mood, he will drink 10-20ml and then push away... so we were given no choice but to try introducing FM slowly.... 140ml BM+60ml FM... this percentage works quite well till now... But when will he be able to switch totally?? Hmm...Lets see his current milk milk schedule (7 + 1 = 8milk milk, 2 porridge!!!!) 1) 630am milk 2) 930am milk 3) 11am milk 4) 1230pm Porridge + one cube of yogurt/pear puree 5) 2pm milk 6) 5pm milk 7) 630pm Porridge + one cube of yogurt/pear puree 8) 9pm milk 9) 12am milk 10) 3am milk (If mummy didnt overslpt) Looking at this milk milk schedule.. he needs 7 * 140 =980ml of BM... (ok lar..still enough)..the last feed at 3am i am giving FM..hahaaaa  Milk Milk, Milk Milk So mummies, Want to place a bet on when I can stop this part time job???
