Raphael is good at Sketching
Raphael's handwriting is atrocious as you can see below..he is a left hand boy and he writes as though he is drawing..i think compared to his peers, his writing is definitely worst then all of them..we are too lax with him and allow him to indulge too much on his ipad..
We are starting to "ration" his iPad time and focus more on his daily work from school..
His hand writing aside, we noticed that he is quite talented when it comes to drawing..he likes to sketch things that he sees..the picture of Thomas train below is a quick 2-3mins drawing from him without any reference..totally from his imagination and memory..
its not a masterpiece but we can see what he is trying to capture..we will continue to encourage him to use drawing to develop his creativity..
Taking about "creativity", he is also very good at expressing himself verbally..there was once when his Auntie Layhoon came back, bathed and wanted to go out..he commented "Aiya..you everytime come back bath then go out meet boyfriend huh..alway meet boyfriend" haha..he always surprises us with his words..
